Try a search in the LT1/LT4 forum and see what you can find on them. Might be quicker than someone posting in here

Sounds to me like you are trying to blow up your motor by replacing a shot stock damper/pulley with just pullies.
If the damper is shot you need a new damper, now you can go with a new damper in a smaller diameter and accomplish the accessory underdrive that way ASP and ATI come to mind.
I can see buying an underdrive damper when you need a damper anyway.
Pullies for the sake of just underdriving the accessories is usually near worthless. It is a good mod on cars where the waterpump is belt driven but that is not the LT1.

hello, i said the crank pulley, not the harmonic balance/damper. the pullley bolts came loose and wore the pulley, not the balencer.

ok caprice you are right my mistake. they are the same thing. but since they are one piece, isnt the pulley itself the whole thing. i mean, the 3 bolts in the pulley looked like they were loose enough to rattle and it caused the puley to grove itself out. i dont understand why the damper is bad. i need to take some pics but my pc program is screwed up.
