Thats moving really well for the mods you list. The track is addictive like crack.

Whats your launch technique. I usually hold revs at 2300 and then feather the clutch, works pretty good for me on the street, I think I may bring it up just a tad for the strip but I havent been in a LONG time

I dont know I think hes launching okay. A 2.14 is pretty decent for a pretty much stock LT1 ESPECIALLY considering its his first time to run down a track.

**** Id be pumped if I could get a 2.14.

But i think my 3 sec (just a guess, cause it was a street night thing and they werent handing out slips) was mostly based on bald and shitty tires and the most horrendous track pep EVER.

I know of 4 or 5 local asphalt roads (not even raked cement) that hook better than that shitty track

I can only muster 1.9x 60 foot times with mine. But I have an auto on radials with 3.73s. I need a stall BAD.

I cut consistent .01 lights tho. I did a lot of racing on my bike this summer so I got used to the tree.

thanks guys.

I revved up to about 3200 and feathered the clutch out. it gripped well.

I just get so shakey at the tree and i get nervous im going to redlight. so my RT sucks. haha

first trap speed was 102.38

second trap speed was 102.77

So your only performance mod is a Flowmaster CB?

If so I guess you could say your car is as close to bone stock as they get. Therefore DAMN! Your car is running strong to trap 103 in a stock LT1!!!

Not bad at all man! Couldn't get mine to trap over 97 my first time out with a tune, CAI, and flowmasters.
