Honestly guys I'm really having some second thoughts. I originally bought a set of Borla XR1 mufflers for a custom true dual that I'll be having done later on. Here's the thing, the Spintech Pro's that I have under the ar now sound so absolutely amazing and I'm constantly getting compliments on them that I'm beggining to feel like buying another new set for my new exhaust when I get it done instead of using the Borla's.

Here's a chance guys. If any of you all have sound clips of Borla xr1 true duals please hit me with em, other wise, I'm gonna ebay the Borla's and buy a new set of Spintech Pro's.

Do you have any pics of your exhaust? It sounds like we have a very similar setup, but im interested in seeing if how much ground clearance you have. I love the sound I just hate how low everything sits. Heres mine...

LOOKS LIKE YOU'VE GOT SPORTSMAN MUFFLERS. I'VE GOT PRO STREET'S. MINE ARE 1" TALLER THAN YOURS SO I'VE GOT EVEN LESS GROUND CLEARANCE. I'M GONNA PUT MINE BEHIND THE AXLE TO GET EM OUT FROM UNDER THE CAR. Over all it looks like the clearance is about the same under the mufflers though, yourS hang pretty low too. How do ya like em, nothing else around here sounds like my car. It's got the mosr evil shreak that Ithink I've ever heard from a exhaust, very distinguished, that's why I think I'm gonna stay with spintech, just get a new set. Mine have been scrubbed up under the car quite a bit and I think I'm gonna talk to Ron@Spintech to see about the Super Pro Street mufflers.

I'll see if I can get pics up early next week.

before i bought the car my buddy owned it and did all the work to it...3rd gear, hammering on it, then hit a dip and almost lost it

Never mind the grime and lack of luster. There will be new suspension pieces shortly plus a new arrangement for the exhaust.

^^holy **** thats low. i am running a 40 series dumped before the rear and mine isnt that low... i am sure it sounds great, but i would drag it off the first day.

They're prolly a lil higher than what it looks like in the pic. It's kinda deceiving. Honestly, I've drug them a few times but rarely. They will be relocated behind the rear axle in a factory like position a little later.
