Would turning motor over by flexplate cause spun bearing ???

Would turning motor over by flexplate cause spun bearing ??? My car hasnt been started since late august cuz the trans
has been out of it . I turn the motor over by hand and flexplate
2 3/4 turn once a week to keep the valve springs from fatiguing
because the size of cam I have in it . Would this cause ANY problems
from me doing this because theres no oil circulating to the top
of the motor ? Thanks in advance
