Default Best head gasket for my setup?

Finishing up my car and am confused on which head gasket to go with, it is a stock bottom end, the heads surface have been machined, the cam is a XFI 280. I want something that is going to be reliable, I drive this car to the track and race it, then drive it home, and daily drive it alot.

Mr.Gasket 5176 This gasket is .026 inches thick. It costs less than the Cometic and will perform better.

I would either go with the impala .029 or the mr.gasket .026 as it will raise the compression. Have you decked the block at all?
