After a year and a half trying to find out what was causing my exhaust leak, I noticed 2 weeks ago it was caused by a crake (a big one) in the EGR pipe coming off the header. I blocked it off with the plate and it fixed it. Now I can drive my car and not have to hear the stupid *** ticking from the leak. I can actually carry a conversation with a indoor voice!

Good to hear you got it fixed.Haven't you always had some kind of exhaust leak,maybe from the header or something?

I thought it was from the header, btu then noticed it was the egr pipe.

at least u can fix yours. my ds hooker is cracked at the top of all 4 collectors where the flange meets!

not always, i had hooker pro comps on my old truck. when i tried welding it up i ended up burning it away and making an even bigger hole.
