Default 355 lt1

so im looking at starting to collect parts to rebuild my motor. i was origanlly going to just throw a cam in it with 100k on the ticker. I have decided that i will just rebuild the whole thing and have it all new instead. I have never had to collect parts myself thou. I have helped friends rebuild plent of high comp 327's and 350's but they get the parts. i have the know how on how to build it just need to get set on what parts to buy. This motor will be a street motor daily driven. doubtful it will see the track at all. im looking for a conservative 350 - 400 hp n/a motor. no juice or turbo or anything.

call someone like golen eagle performance.
they helped me with my build.
the big thing is you build this engine with the thought that you might do more later. you dont want to sink money into the car, and then kill it with nitrous or FI later.
anytime you rebuiled i would do forged pistons regaurdless

damn if i had that money on me i would be all over it. this is gonna be about a year long build. my funds are seriously drained with the purchase of an engagement ring.

if i stayed with a stock crank. what would be a good choice for a cam. I think that i can do a little bit of port work on the stock heads.
