Default best spark plugs to use on heads/cam setup

My car was at the painters for about 2 weeks and fouled the plugs from being started and backed out and not getting a chance to fully warm up its a 355 Lt1 cnc dart pro 1 heads and LPE cam about 10.8 cr and revs 7k and as we all know spark plugs suck to change so im trying to do it as least as possible after i change these so anyone got any suggestions on which plugs will last the longest/work best for my setup.

thanks

ngk tr-55 gap .035
or autolite 104 same gap both worked great for me.

I am running close to half a point more compression and found the TR55 to be a little too hot, did not ping or register excessive KR but it did not idle as smooth or run as hard. Since I have used TR6 or the Autolite 104 gapped at .045.

The plugs should not have fouled from not being allowed to warm up, sounds more like eiher a tuning issue or the FPR vacuum line was left loose.

Stock plugs are platinum and the platinum is VERY unlikely to stay on the plug. Most people strongly discourage the use of platinum in a performance engine.

It's just tad bit higher in cr from stock. You should be good to go with the popular NGK Tr55's stock gapped.
