Check your motor mounts. The passenger side could be sagging and causing the lost clearance. That is an especially tight area. Un bolt the motor mount and jack up the motor to fit it in then slowly let the motor back down and watch to see if it is hitting or not. It should be very close but not touching the k-member.

i tryed that i can start one bolt to hold the header and no more bolts will start the they won't line up that seems to be the only thing it is touching is the k member so i should change that motor mount

The pass side is a pain in the ***. My EGR tube caught everything going in. and the AIR tube on top caught everything as well. Once it was in there and against the head it cleared everything rather nicely though.

i have the race style so the egr was not in the way just won't set right. what if i lifted the motor and put the header on the tryed to let the motor down to see if the motor mounts will lign up think it would hurt the header.

I had to dimple one of the tubes because it was hitting the motor mount. I also had to grind about 1/4" off of the bellhousing because another tube was hitting it. Both of these were on the passenger side.

Mine is also close to the Bellhousing and the Mount, but luckily it cleared everything.

It seems like everyone is having the same installation problem with the Pacesetter headers. It's either the collectors too close to the floor pan or passenger side hitting the K member. Could be manufacture mass produce defect? Maybe a member w/ this header can chime in. Good luck.

It's a tight fit and pacesetter's manufacturing tolerance seems to be a little on the loose side. Sounds to me like you got lucky.
