Default Fitting a 3rd gen catback on to a 4th gen car? Anyone done it?

There is a guy locally selling a Borla catback brand new for $400, the catch is it's for a 3rd gen camaro. Is it basically the same as a fourth gen? I know mounting brackets and etc will be different, but are the overall dimensions the same? Anyone ever done it? Thanks.

im sure that an exhaust shop will fit it on there fine, you really just need everything from the catback to the tips. Everything else should just need to be custom fitted.

Car has headers/ory and a 3'' I-pipe going in to a SLP 2OTL. This is the muffler-back only with only a small bend going in to the muffler where it is slip-fit on to the 3'' going over the axle. $400 for a new Borla seemed appealing to me, I will probably get it. Thanks guys.
