Default Brake light questions

Here is the deal - My passenger rear brake lights and turn signal are not working right. When I put the right turn signal on it does not blink. The front light stays on solid and the rear passenger turn signal does not come on at all. When I put on the brakes the driver side is fine but only the right side brake light on the right half of the light assembly on the passenger side comes on. I replaced all of the bulbs on the passenger side and replaced the turn signal socket of the passenger side that was not working and still no luck? Any suggestions?

my 97 did almost the same thing i never fixed it cause i totaled the car but someone told me that i needed a new relay i believe its in the column somewhere. my friend michelles 99 had a blown bulb new bulb no more problem. also if any of the other bulb sockets are rusted you may want to change them.
