Default Upper tower strut bar PROBLEMS!!

Ok I bought this strut bar off a guy and it seems like it wants to fit but the ac line. And low or high side pressure switch is in the way of the passenger strut bolts!! Anyone have this problem before and what do I need to do?

i had to persuade mine a little. you can bend them some as long as it doesn't restrict flow or break.

Ok I will have to get pics this eening!! He said it was for an lt1 I wander if it wasn't for a v6 or ls1 and that queer lied to me just to get a sell? Would that matter if it was different? Or if it was for another year?

Just like LT1MAN man, I had to bend the A/C lines to clear brace - Hotchkis in my case. The pressure sensor (which is 'T'd into the line) was in the way. If I recall correctly, I actually took the sensor out, bolted the brace in, and put the sensor back - You should be able to do that without leaking refrigerant because there is valve behind the sensor. Hope that helps...
