Default Timing Chain Questions

Hey guys Im putting a cam in and Im replacing alot of parts.

I have a EWP already on and now I want to upgrade my timing chain.

Is there a chain I can run and keep the crank position sensor?
Id prefer an upgrade but I may consider a stock one.

There is a reluctor that fits between the timing gear and the damper hub with 4 teeth on it so the cps can keep track of engine position.
