Are you running the car like this?, i spoke to someone who's never seen the fuel lines run like this, i'll take a pic & post it later, i'm sure others have run into this, just looking for a solution to a fix, because were the pipe is, the lines are plastic.

Mines not like that i guess, my lines are still metal where they sit over the y pipe. But i still hate having them that close.

I've got the 3" mufflex y and I had the exhaust shop chop it up and re-weld it move it away from the lines and tranny cross member. Also gave me back a few inches of clearance.

Yeah, but i gave 130.00 for this peice of crap to work properly, i could of had a custom Y built for that price, so i won't put any $$ in this one, i'll send it back first at summits exspence if need be, but i have an idea of what i can do.

This was a thought, i'm sure it'll work, i can also notch the area of the pipe some, then put in a shield & wrap the area of the lines, i got the looking it over again, its in the metal area of the lines (not the plastic) so that helps, don't need a fire

I wrapped the fuel lines up with some aluminum foil looking heat shielding stuff.
