I went out for some testing last night and it went rather well...
First pass 11.945 @ 114.43, with a headwind

Damn, those are some impressive numbers, dude! How many people at the track don't believe you when you tell them what you've got done? LOL, that must be quite a fun conversation!

yeah I was getting a kick out of it, but most of the time I am there with guys that know me and the car, so it is only the kids/ricers that don't believe me...

Actually I was at 12.5 with all that stuff to, minus the stall I've had that for a while, until mid summer of last year. Then when I pulled all the weight and crap out I dropped quite a bit of time off...

I think I told you this before, but right before the race I'd put a new fuel filter in. Maybe while you're in-between track trips, make a bar that can go in place of the outer most part of the T-Tops (just to keep rigidity) so you can remove them at the track and save 20~lbs more.

Daniel - yeah i got a nice paire of 26X9 hoosier slicks on there now, I just need to figure out the suspension holdup so that I can get off the line faster...

tspence45 - that would be too easy, I have to do everything the hard way, plus I have no time to mess with adding a new set of rockers and tuning it with my racing schedule this season. It is a simple job to swap, but getting everything fine tuned for consistant racing takes time...
