Default Piston Selection Help

Hey Guys Im building a 355 and Ive got most of the parts picked out except for the pistons so I need some help. Its going to be a .30+ motor with stock stroke but Id like to run a 6" rod if its makes pistons considerably more expensive I may stick with the 5.7 rod.

Id like forged but I cant afford and of the crazy stuff its just going to be a H/C 355 on the stock crank with a nice hit of spray.

What would yall reccomend.

Mahle SBC250030F05 Powerpack piston kit. Its a 1.250” compression height -5cc piston. With a 6” rod, a stock stroke crank, the deck of the piston will be 8.990” from the crank centerline.

The kit comes with not only contains the pistons, pins and locks but it has the rings too.
