Default Is it bad to only put one new motor mount on?

So my passenger side header is just hitting the frame and the back bolt won't line up. The header is like 1/16 inch to high for the the last header bolt hole. I'm thinking that this is because of my motor mounts being old and worn down. I am wondering If it would matter if I just put in one new poly motor mount on the passenger side since I already put the drivers side header on. I really don't want to take the driver's side off, but if I did, would I need a new gasket? Thanks.

Always do both motor mounts, most especially when moving to urethane.
And besides, the driver's side motor mount is *way* easier to remove and
re-install than the passenger side.

I went with the Prothane mounts - be prepared to open up the clamshell
casing to take out/put in the new mounts. This means you'll need a drill and
appropriate size bit(s), and at least a 4" hand grinder, to drill out/grind the
original rivets from the clamshell casing.
