Default Going to the track tonight!!

First off, with my mods & assumeing i can cut at least a 2.2 60ft., i would like you guys to guess what i might run "ET & MPH", then i'll post back & see who comes in the closest, one thing for sure is, ever sense i installed the LTs & ORY, it'll just fry the **** off these street tires, even at 1/2 throttle from a roll , never did that before, now the last time out at the track, it was my first time raceing this car, my 60fts were "in deed" the crappiest ever, i managed a 14.5 with a 2.599, i'll still need to figure out my leaving technique, i'm still running the stock 10 bolt, so i'll try feathering it out at around 2K or less & then hope for the best, but i'm sure its going to blow the tires off (which sucks big time), so anyway, start guessing what it'll run & i'll post back later tonight or early morning.

97 Z28 6sp, CAI, Airfoil, MAF, PS LTs & ORY (no cats), magnaflow cat back, highpertech "160" stat, NGKs, UD pulleys, skip shift elim, E torque arm, B&M short shifter, Ram clutch assembly, Pan bar, stock 10 bolt, 3.42s, 255/40/17 Cooper Zeons.

14.5 @ 110 lol
gotta get it to hook up or it won't be what you want, 2.5 ft time is just bad. If you can cut a 2.0 I would say you should be able to pull of a 13.4@ 104.

if you can get 1.8-1.9 60ft i would say 13.2 to 12.9 if you hook.

keep your rear tires around + - 20psi. see if it helps you any.

Yes it is. Are there any issues with the car? My car, bone stock down to the paper filter, trapped 101.5 mph on crappy RSA tires.

Thats what i can't figure out, i was going to complain about it, but figured it wouldn't do any good, i just don't get it, it feels very strong, & i only picked up alittle over 1 MPH in the 1/8 with the headers & ORY, with the mannys it ran 75+ MPH, could it be the "tune", now when i left, it hooked decent, i didn't feel any real major tire spin, i took off, 1/2 throttled it too the 60ft., then let it rip, the way it felt, sure felt like a 13 sec. pass, but as we know, the timers don't lie for the most part, so from this point, i'll just get a tune & forget about anything else (includeing racing it), it is a blast to drive & feels really good dispite what it runs, its just my luck thouggh, i would have the slowest LT1 on the planet lol.

I did line up with a TA that was running mid 12s, we left heads up, then he disapeared behind me , come to find out his 10 bolt bit the dust, this was his 2nd. one behind the 6sp., so maybe its a good thing not to be so tempted to race this car too much, because i can't afford to break things, i'm a poor sumbitch

The ONLY thing i can think of that might be causeing issues would possibly be the Granittelli MAF running it too lean & the Hypertech advancing the timing, maybe those too combined are working agaist each other.

I didn't notice the granatelli. I'd lose that AND the hypertech for sure. Probably the problem right there.

I'm going to run a compression test on it & rule that out, I was going to go with the PCMforless tune, i called about it, he said the Granittelli MAF wasn't a problem, he can tune for it along with dumping the hypertech, he garuantee's it'll run great with it once its tuned.
