Default What about this opti?

This opti seems legit. Plus, the dude has great feedback and it says they're the original OEM opti dist. with cap and rotor.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-9...spagenameZWDVW

It may seem legit when it's first installed, however how long it lasts is really the question.

Dear forreal969,

The unit is considered OEM GM, but it does not come in a AC Delco box so I would not call it genuine OEM, but its damn good for the price. I know for certain that it is not a cheap asian copy. I suggest you buy it, I know you will be very satisfied and you can't beat the deal. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks

Thats what he said in response to my asking if it is a genuine GM oem part and if it was a cheap asain knock off lol. What do you guys think?

I'd feed you BS too to get $160 out of you You wouldn't believe the crap I've gotten back from people I've sent msgs too about their auction. These are replies to my CORRECTIONS to their auction, and they STILL try to feed me a line, even when I know the facts.

i paid $400 for my AC replacement. which is pretty cheap compared to what GMpartsdirect wants.

id say its an AC cap cause its yellow and a cheap vatozone base or rebuild.

I figured he would have some negative feedback saying it doesnt work or w.e. IDK, I might just be trying to convince myself. But I still think he would have some negative feedback regarding this product being ****.

DID ANYONE PAY ATTENTION TO THE SELLER'S ITEM DESCRIPTION?????

For those who didn't, it said...."only original optisparks come with silver terminals, don't be fooled by the aftrmarket brass ones"

Yeah, right...the aftermarket "brass" terminals are actually superior. It should read, don't be fooled by an E-bay hack.....

So aftermarket is better than OEM, thats true most of the time. It doesnt mean this isnt a decent opti.

Definitely stay away from All Ignition. I bought one of their imitation optis too. It didn't work so I returned it, still got stuck with their 15% restocking fee.
