You talking about the piece that goes on the right side above the Exhaust Pipe?

Yup.. one goes under the Gas Tank, and the other on the Passenger Side.
My Car is parked outside, but it's too dark for a pic to help..

You don't need those on the car to begin with. All of them off my car are gone and in the trash can. If for some odd reason you'd really like to stick them back on there. The small piece is held in by small screws. I think there's about six of them in there. There's one that's kind of sneaky. It's right above the rear axle. I was pulling on mine and noticed it in there.

EDIT: If I can find the camera I'll go try and snap a picture real quick for you off of my 95.

Crappy, but hope that gives you an idea.

This one is of the giant piece that covers the gas tank:

This one is of the smaller piece that goes by the exhaust:

Underneath my 95 V6 car looks a little different than underneath my LT1 car so they might be different. As far as I could tell they are mounted exactly the same. My neighbors walking back from the beach looked at me like I was crazy.

Id appreciate the pics if someone would take the time to get em for me... I just want to be on the safe side of thing.. if i dont need em ill but the big one on and screw the small one.. Thanks......
