IMHO not worth it...yeah it may be cheap...but 1.6's work fine for me. good idea though...i give ya props for that.

Looks like a bad idea to me. The rocker tip is hanging off the end of the valve tip.

The reason those Rockers work well with the smaller Tip in the LSX Engines is purely cause of the Valve Angle. The LTX Engines, like most of the SBC's are 23* Heads. The largest degree LSX Heads are 18*. It's less travel on the Rocker Tip, hence why the LS1 Rocker Tips are not Roller, there is not that much loss there. My L92/LS3 Heads are 15* Heads. The LS7's are 12*..I wish I had a pair..

I actually looked into this with a friend of mine when I was building my 402.. he had a LT1 and I measured it all out for him. We pretty much came up with the same thing this guy did, but I wasn't comfortable with it.

After looking at the pictures I would say the geometry is way off. Lots of side loading on the valve guide to cause accelerated wear. I wouldn't do it.
