You don't. Rather, you could, but it wouldn't be cost effective.
LT1 heads are reverse cooled, LT1 intake manifold is dry (no coolant passages) and doesn't have a hole for a distributor. LT1 computer requires optispark pulses to run.

If you use the heads you have then you make less power and you still have to address: add opti guts to your distributer (not that bad to do) which would solve the electronic issue, then you need a fuel injection intake, injectors, LT1 harness and ECM. Now for all the cost you would be better to get the real MC Coy and sell your Hatfield.
Because the performance would be what the engine was already which is less than an LT1 and also you would have to tune something that was at best an odd ball. I did a 406 but that made more power not less than stock LT1.

yeah the main advantage of an lt1 over an older motor is just the heads flowing more and a little bit bigger cam...i personally, if was in your situation, would just get a pair of vortec heads which are very affordable and a decent cam and make as much if not more power than an lt1 would with alot less money in it. just my 2 cents ...either that or just get a real lt1 for around 500-700 bucks
