What is the best oil pump for my 1994 Z28?

What is the best oil pump for my 1994 Z28? I am pulling my pan next weekend because I think the oil sump screen has crap plugging it. I wanna put a new pump in there while I am there. I am gonna do the sump and screen thing as well. I want 65-75 pounds at WOT and about 30-40 at idle. What would be the best setup? Anything else to keep in mind as well would be good because I have never attempted this myself. I had my one co-worker take it off before and reseal it, but it needs sealed up again, so what all do I need for the ENTIRE job?

I would personally think a High volume stock pressure pump would do good. You will have to replace the stock oil pressure spring if you want to go high pressure.
