if it flows anything like a flowmaster aka chokemaster i wouldn't buy it imo. i had one on my car when i bought it and it didn't sound much different than stock.

the only restriction is the one bend, i strongly feel like that would flow MUCH better than the flowmaster.

Do you know for a fact that Flowmasters actually are a restriction? or just think they do,The reason I ask is because I had a Dyno max muffler, Dynoed at 648 RWHP, went to a two chamber Flowmaster, same numbers but it was too loud for me so I had a Flowmaster for a SUV installed, I figured if I lost a few ponies to quiet it down so be it, A whole lot quieter on the highway and on the Dyno..
648 RWHP......No losses there...I can tell you that the Spintech ARE a choker, One customer had one on his T/A, went to a Dynomax and gained 20 RWHP !!!! with no other changes........

one of my friends made a dyno run with a mostly stock lt1 it had cai and a flowmaster. he made 253 hp. he took the flowmaster off and put a cheep summit racing bullet on it. came back the next day and made 265 hp. a 12 hp difference. i thought it was hurting his power a little bit but i didnt think it was that bad. the next week i took mine off and got me a cheep bullet.

The only flowmasters that dont flow well are their crossflow ones for the F Bodies.
