Default Bent throwout bearing? (video)

Is this how a bearing should rotate on a clutch? This is a Spec stage 3+ that I just bought (used), and immediately after unwrapping it, decided to spin the bearing. It does the same thing as the clutch I just took out of my car, it sort of seems "off-axis". Is that normal, or do I need a new bearing? If so, where can I get one?

That doesn't seem right. I wouldn't accept it.

Hmm.. Someone over on cz28.com claimed it was normal..

How much would it cost to just buy a new bearing? It doesn't seem tough to replace..

Its easy to replace now but put it in and then have to pull the trans down the road, thats when its a hassle. You can hear the bearing rub when you spin it. It makes the noise at the same time it looks like its bent. you should be able to get a new one at any parts store or a dealer. They are pretty cheap.
