Default Torque Converter

I need suggestions....My transmission has to be rebuilt, and i might as well throw a bigger stall...i was thinking 3200 yank, but would love your suggestionis...my goal is to be mid to high twelves..My car is a 95 Firebird Formula with exhaust....Also would i need to get a dyno tune or any tune of some sort or should they do when they put it in..Input would be greatly appreciated..Thanks,

precision industries vigilante converter. you will need more than just that to hit your goal if its a full weight car though.
