What makes you think the Darts are the ticket?
The only testing of those as cast shows you will fall FAR short of your stated goal. They performed comparably to "mildly ported iron heads".
I am NOT saying they are bad, I am saying they are not that great, at least as cast.
Also should be noted that Comp's rpm ranges are WAY WAY off for the LT1. My best theory on why is that they do not account for the LT1 intake ultra short runners shifting the rpm band upward. That cam will have to see over 6500rpm easily.
Some guys with underperforming cars will argue with me, but those XFI cams don't work that well either.
At this point the best advise anyone can give you is STOP and start learning what actually works as opposed to what is "supposed" to be good. Don't trust magazines, don't trust guys on the forums till you have read enough to see who has a clue.
Look at sigs for results, ET/mph is not the only thing to look at. You will have boneheads with $10K engines going no faster than guys who do better research manage with $3000 topend kits on stock shortblocks. Choose who you listen to carefully.

Ill throw Lingenfelter's LT1 heads into the mix...They use stock CNC ported hand blended castings with 2.00/1.56 valves with all top shelf components...I have a set on my 383 and they've been there for 13 years on the same springs/titanium retainers...Cam choices can and will be all over the place, just remember that bigger isnt always better...I like 22X/23X stuff with no more than .570" of lift with 109-111 lsas...My 383 runs a custom Joe Overton/Erson grind thats 226/234 with .568" lift on a 111 lsa with LPE/Eric Bradby ported heads and I run the times/mph in my sig at 3600 lbs, pump gas, drive it anywhere, etc,etc...
And please dont get too bogged down with dyno numbers as they can very easily be manipulated...FWIW I only make 375 rwhp on a calibrated mustang dyno....
