Hey, until recently when I didn't have music on and everything was real quiet did i notice a faint irregular but constant tapping coming from somewhere in the engine. I can feel it from the brake pedal, it goes away when i put the trans in neutral or park, only when stopped in drive, also goes away when i give it gas. That or i just cant hear it. I've heard it can be from pushrods, valves, plugs to exhaust leak, there doesnt seem to be ANY loss in power although it may be affecting gas mileage a little bit, does anyone know what it might be?
