If your talking about the hotcam kit, you could expect maybe 315-325 ish depending on auto or manual. And WITH ALL boltons.

If you're going cam only and not changing the heads as well, I would recommend either a Comp Cams CC503 or a Lingenfelter 211/219. The 503 is about the most agressive cam you would ever want for stock heads and makes great power, while the 211/219 is a much more mild cam that gives a nice low end grunt. Personally I favor the 503.

no horsepower numbers but i did drop a full 1 second in the 1/4 mile. went from 14.0@99 with just LT headers to 13.0@106 with the hotcam(stock trans both runs). i think it still has at least .5 seconds in it once i get my performabuilt level 2 w/ a 3,000 stall next week.

how much more was your average hp, if you know?

because i think a higher average would be more benificial then a higher peak...

i opted to go for the 227 cam cuz it has a great curve...

337whp through an auto. stock stall.. its a stout cam for daily driving. i dont have the funds for an all out track car so the hotcam has worked out for me quite well.

The complete LT4 package with aftermarket injection did put out 425hp flywheel for a magazine.

If you make good choices instead of that bad one you can have that kind of power at the wheels instead of at the flywheel.

I just installed a LS1 Hot Cam in my ride and my friend installed the LT4 Hot cam in his and both of ran 13.7... Of course he has LT's, Ory, K&N Kit,3:73 and a cut out on his LT1 and I ony have a Lid on my LS1... On the Street I took him top end... After the install he took me first Gear, I pulled in front second, third he pulled crazy style and was in front by maybe half a car, but fourth If we would of kept going I would of took him because my car was creeping quick. It made a good difference if you ask me and his car sounds freakin good.
