If you open up the blades, you should see the screw where the circle is marked. I believe you adjust it from the back. But I wouldn't recommend doing any permanent adjustments, the idle is computer controlled. If you are having idling problems, look elsewhere to fix it.

Like said in the first reply, you should not be adjusting it. Why do you think you need to adjust it?

It's not called an idle screw. It is merely a bump stop for the throttle blades to keep them from marring the bores.
If you've already tweaked it you need to take the TB off and adjust the screw to where you see just a hint of daylight through the blades/bores.
As mentioned the bumpstop screw has absolutely nothing to do with idle control.
Adjusting that screw can distort readings on your throttle position sensor unless that too is adjusted and that can't be done unless the TPS is adjustable.

well since i put my 3000 stall in i didnt get it tuned and when im at a stop light my idle goes up and down and it drives me crazy but if i turn the a/c on it stops so i called pcm4less and it said just adjust the idle screw on the tb and that should solve the problem

PCM is seeing lighter load at in gear idle than it expects and is known to cause surge. Tuning is the answer.

Did you do anything at all besides putting the stall in (removed intake, TB, MAF, etc)? I could see a stall being smaller and lighter (aka smaller rotational mass) causing a higher idle, but the fact that your idle goes up and down has me thinking that is has something to do with something other than the stall. I wouldn't adjust the screw, if you never had idling problems before, than it should be in the correct spot. I would check for air/vacuum leaks as mentioned before.
