Default Granatelli fuel pumps

id love to go with a walbro or racetronix setup but im kinda strapped for cash right now so im considering the granatelli pump. anyone have any problems with this pump? i already have the hatch cut, once im inside the tank how hard is the install? does it come in a new fuel bowl and just swap it in and out like a replacement one? any information on this pump would be useful

mine is a walbro from them. you have to put it into the bucket like the stocker, and use some fuel injection hose since the plastic straw on the stocker wont come off in 1 piece.

they all made by wahlbro either way my granatelli lasted me 6k miles and my bro had a wahlbro/racetronix that lasted less than 1k miles. they are either perfect new or they are not. u just never know. i know of many others using the granatelli or similar and many miles are on those.

Racetronix comes with a new plastic tube, better than the black hose that comes with many others as that black hose has caused headaches for many. Friend had a bolton car start starving for fuel with a Walbro from someone other than racetronix, the black hose had split.

Well if the plastic tube is all thats different with the racetronix kit, I would say buy the granatelli. Then look around at the local hardware store for a similar plastic tube, maybe? If it's too much hassle then just buy the racetronix pump.
Also to clarify, there have been issues with the newer walbro's no matter what vendor they come from. A couple local guy's were saying somethin about a batch of pumps came in from china labled as walbro's, these were having the high failure rate? IDK not 100% on that, just here say...
