NapaAutoParts Flywheel, good or bad?

NapaAutoParts Flywheel, good or bad? I am about to put a stage 3+ or stage 4 in my car and will be needing a new flywheel. I was thinking of using Napa instead of places like Autozone. Napa website says flywheel is "Manufactured And Tested To O.E.M. Specifications" So are the Napa flywheels new and not just a resurfaced one and are they as strong as the stock flywheel? Thanks for any help.
