Don't forget 7/16" studs, guideplates, larger injectors, head bolts, installation and tuning.
You'll also need coolant, oil and oil filters.
You'll probably want to do the air and fuel filters while you are at it. (might as well start clean)
This would also be a good time to install LT headers if you want the extra performance (and can get away with it)
Make sure your gasket kit includes head gaskets, Intake manifold gasket set,
Exhaust gaskets, timing cover set, valve cover gaskets and a larger TB gasket for your 58mm.
A typical complete engine kit does, but you end up with felpro .39" head gaskets and stock port TB gaskets.
I recommend GM "Impala" Lt1 gaskets, they're only .29" which is good for a few extra HP.
Why the non LE cam (if I may ask)?
He has some great grinds available that are proven to work with these setups.
I don't remember what my total was when I did it, but I did document my shopping list at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2297151/4

well becuz the heads cam package from him is 1100 and 750 for just heads (this is the budget ones) that would be a $350 cam instead of 250 so it would be a bit more then i came up with?

With the other setups the cam is only $300.
Can't blame you there.
Cost VS Benefit decisions are always tough when doing these things.

I later found out that I had actually done it with two broken valvesprings
So yeah, with an H/C car, even one making less than 400RWHP,
you should be able to hit 11s without any issue using a 100 shot.
FWIW,
I'd spend the $200 you were going to spend on that ported plenum and put it into getting the better heads and cam combo.
You can always come back and do the intake later if you want to. It's much easier than doing H/C all over again.

in the for sale section every so often. People change their minds a lot and
that gives you an opportunity to buy brand new parts at a discount when
they try to sell them to finance their new project.
That's actually how I came across my heads in the first place.
It's also how I sold them, now someone else will be enjoying them.

Oh, also make sure that Lloyd know which cam you are using when you order the heads.
He'll have to ensure that he installs springs than can handle the lobes.
You don't want to end up floating at high RPM.
