went to local 8th mile track got a new best 60ft was 1.97 8th was 8.19 at 88 mph had a little spinning off the line and im still on my stock tune stall and 273 gears hoping my gears i ordered will get me 8 flat,. mods are in sig

Good run man! Might wanna look into some decent tires if you're lookin to get to 8 flat. My a4 friend that put gears in actually got slower due to more spin and same tires. Unless they prep your track decent (ours tends to be harder to grip than on the freakin streets)

Get that car tuned, along with the gears, should get you lower than 8.00

Your mph is screaming for 7s. I was running the same time as you but at 85 mph with bolt ons but with a 1.70 60ft. A stall, gears and sticky tire would put you at 7.70s easy. Good luck and work on that 60ft.

He's right you can go well into the 7s. When I was running 86mph my ETs were 7.92-7.93 with mid 1.6x short times

Thats good to know..back when I had an auto, and a 1.7 60', my mph was 94..
