Default lt1 to ls1 conversion

i am going to start a ls1 conversion on a friends car and was wondering what is needed for this swap. Everything is going in a lt1 a4 95 formula. And everything is going to come out of an 98 camaro with a m6. i will have both cars side by side when i do the swap. Is there anything else i am going to need that is not already on one of the two cars. Is the k member the same?

Better to ask this in the conversion section but I just finished mine and below is a breif list of parts needed.

K-member
Steering rack
Engine & tranny
Clutch Hydraulics & Pedals
LT1 M6 Trans cross member (LS1's differ and since it has a a4 the current one will not work)
Wiring harness & PCM
Front Accessories

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.

Are you changing out the dash and interior harness too? Luckily if not you have a 98, so that still uses analog gauges & metal gas tank.

Not sure if the fuel pump has to be changed.

Oh yeah you need to have that harness converted to work with your LT1 cluster & dash gauges

There have been rumors that any car 96 and older looking to do the swap needed to convert the dash to a 97 + dash but I have a 97 and didn't have any issues so I can't confirm that.
