Default GM clutch master cylinder

I just bought a brand new GM clutch master cylinder and I was wondering if its supposed to come with yellowish fluid in the reservoir. I was also on installuniversity looking up the drill mod and I was wondering what a "punch" was because that's what it said to use to take out the roll pin.

i dont know about the fluid... but a punch is like a metal rod, or what not that comes to a point that makes knocking things out easy, or indenting metal to start a drill bit in a whole easier... but you can used a real small screwdriver or some with a small tip to get the pin out, its really simple... kind of push in on the line when you do it to relive some pressure of the locking pin!
Hope this helps!
