Default 5& 6th gear again
5th & 6th gear do not like speeds above 55? when pressing the pedal and lifting the foot, not fun vibrations can be felt in all 3 pedals and the shift stick.

drive shaft out of balance?

Could be that , a bent wheel or even axle flange .

Does it vibrate in 4th gear above 55mph also ?

i do not recall,but i want to say yes, i does vibrate in 4th aswell. i will certainly get back to you on that. i'm off to work to the middle of nowhere utah desert untill thursday afternoon
