Default Swap to M/T

Has anyone ever taken there A/T out and installed a M/T in place? If so how hard is it to do? can anyone let me know, is it worth it or shoul I just buy a new F body that it M/T?

if you make your way over to manual trans section of the forum you will find how to's, and more info then you need. probably wont find much in forced induction section, and most people hear would prefer auto.

I am going auto in my car. autos are better for turbos you can build boost easier .But you can get a two step /antilag thing from lingenfelter. I got one but its not installed yet.

I am a bit sick of clutches..my tex twin seems ok to drive fair pedal pressure but its got annoying floater rattle whenever you push in the clutch. And my t56 stock hurst rattles horribly mabye worse because of the poly motor mounts the kit comes with. And the t56 is just a noisy thing.gear rattle some have pilot bushing or whatever its called rattle.

Sick of all that. Auto and nice stall is all I want now. Next spring the new 4l80e will be in there! Going to start getting the parts over the winter. And swapping is pretty easy.
