I have it and I love it!! Definately worth the money. I felt so confident slamming gears over stock when I first got it. I used to miss 3rd once in a while with the stock shifter - I have never missed 3rd with the Pro 5.0 -All my friends have it on their F-bodies and love it to. I would say its a must have mod for a M6 car.

I love mine. I missed 3rd often with the stock shifter. Never with the Pro 5.0. It's awesome. I cut about an inch of the threads off to make it shorter, which i would recommend.

I have it in my SS and I loved it until I tried my buddies camaro with the new MGW shifter in it. That thing is way better than the pro 5.0 IMHO. Iam going to save now for a MGW. Just my .02

I have one with the UMI short stick and i love it a whole lot. I havnt noticed any extra noise from it that some people complain of, that or i just ignore it because its suppost to make a little noise. Mine use to pop out of gear sometimes but that was because it worked itself loose from the transmission, but i tightened it down good and put some lockwashers on it and now i have no issues with it.

You must not have done much searching or you would have QUICKLY found that it is one of (if not very) best shifters for our cars. I have one in the box that I am probably putting in this weekend. I purchased my with the Lou's short stick also.

I love mine, shifts feel very solid and it makes absolutely zero noise since I have Cobra Bob rubber gaskets.

I wouldn't run anything else. Mine was pretty notchy until I got the right tranny fluid in there. I had cut a lot of the threads off of the 5.0 stick to shorten it up but recently out the UMI short stick in and that is for sure the way to go. Also, the tick master helps A LOT! My shifts are insanely quick now and my right foot never has to leave the floor
