Default Fnnn!!! slave conn

I would like to thank the stupid f idiot who designed the snap fitting on our 6-spd trannys.That cheap **** plastic thing is broke and won't realese the damn fitting ahhh I just put everything back together ahhhh!!!!And yes I used two screw drivers and released the pressure on the slave.Anyone have any ideas before I put a match to the fnnn car?

I would also like to thank Textrallia for there poorly made clutch for the bitch of problem Im going threw now

There's a special tool used to disconnect the slave line.

99 percent of the time you can do it with two screw drivers though.Will I be able to use the tool even though the plastic peice is broken.

had the same problem a while back. just go to autozone and ask for part #74016. it'll be a 6 pack of clutch/brake quick disconnect bushings in red packaging with "HELP!" written on the front. cost like 6 bucks i think. works like a champion! what happened to your clutch? i heard the Textrilla clutches were kick ***. if it was slipping, i'd see if your slave cylinder blew a seal. i've had that happen before and it wrecked my clutch. hope this helps.

I colund't get mine back in. i spent hours trying to figure it out. Turns out you have to open the bleeder valve as you push it in.

I finally got it out big pair channel locks and lot of cursing and pulling I got it out.I am in this predicterment because my textrilla cluth with less then 5000 miles on it was down to the rivits.Thanx everyone for the advice.

I know, I'm not trying to be a dick but that's why there's a special tool for it. Use the right tool and you won't have that problem.

glad to see im not the only one that dropped a $1000 on a clutch that i had to change before my oil!!!!!!
