Clutch went out....?

Default Clutch went out....?

So yeah it finally gave out completely... which one should I go with? I heard the LS7's are pretty good and I found a complete kit for $460.00..... What do you all think I should go with and would handle my setup pretty good?

Is the clutch why my car grinds going into 1st sometime, 2nd all the time and 3rd sometime..... or can be something else? Also my slave had been makin a rattling/schreeching noise. what do you all think? Clutch or Internal... maybe the syncronizers? All help appreciate guys...

And my T56 also had the problem where my pedel would get stuck to the floor under heavy aceleration SOMETIMES and other times it would work perfect. By the way my car is a conversion from A4 to T56. All help GREATLY apprciated.
