Default Anyone have any experience with LUK products?

I have a LUK clutch pressure pate, master cylinder with drill mod, clutch disk, and slave cylinder. My problem now is that my pedal is super soft and just doesnt come back up when you press it down unless you pull it back up. Anyone know how this problem can be taken care of? Thanks

Many people who drive cars with manual transmissions have had experience with Luk clutches - they are a huge OEM manufacturer, and are who designed/built the clutches that came stock in these cars.

As for your problem, it sounds hydraulic related, but who knows...

LUK manufactures the ls1, ls6, and ls7 clutches as well as every other clutch in a GM car.

well, its definately gotta be the hydraulics. The only thing im thinking of is some kind of problem with the hydraulic line. The master and slave are both about a week old, and have exactly ZERO miles on them. I just replaced them and did the drill mod. Is it possible that i drilled too deep when i did the drill mod? Now im not getting enough pressure inthe clutch to bring it back up?

Most likely the problem is in the master cylinder. It doesn't matter if its new or not.
A few things you can do to get it working properly.

1.) Bench bleed or bleed the master seperately.
2.) Get a new GM complete pre-bled m/c
3.) Get a Tick-Tilton adjustable m/c. <--- Best solution.

Get a mity vac and bleed the system, you'll be fine.
