Default New slave cylinder

Putting in a new clutch soon and i figured I might as well replace the slave too. where is the best place to get one? byunspeed has one for 175 and then another for 125. I want the 01+ model but I am not sure which one it is or where to get it.

Yeah. Atleast it should be. The Advance's down this area do, and the rest of teh Advance's SHOULD, but you can just as easily confirm if you go down there and have them pull it out for you,and compare it.

Yeah, it should be the same thing. Go to partsamerica dot com which is advance auto's online retailer where you can basically look up parts in their system (you can even check in-store availability) or you can use oreillyauto dot com. Look up the slave cylinder for an 02 V8 F-body and cross check the part numbers with Summit or Byun. I'll bet good $$ they're the same.

not sure where youre located, and if theres even one near you, but "xl parts" is autozone and orileys distributor.. if theres one near you, you can go in there and set up a accnt with them. its free and takes a few minutes.. just make up a shop name and fill out the paper they give you.. then you will be welcomed to parts at wholesale prices! 01 gm slave cylinder is $95.00 under my shop name accnt! and yes i believe the the throwout bearing is attached and is part of the slave.. hope this helps!
