Default Switching to LS7 clutch...need part numbers...

Well my uncle, who works for GM said he can get me the whole kit including the flywheel for 450 bucks...but he needs the part numbers to make 100% sure he gets the right thing...does anybody know the part numbers for the LS7 clutch and the LS2/LS7 flywheel?
