Exclamation Where to rebuild t56 please!!

I've lost 2nd, 3rd, and 4th isnt far behind. All in all I need to know your opinions on the best deals to get my transmission rebuilt, and potentially built up a little bit in the process to handle a little bit more. I can take it out and put it back in, I'm looking for a good rebuilding/building company. The more local to 60098, the better. Thanks guys!

Are they a sponsor?? If Not, I would take that link down.

Anyways, Like I was saying, go with sponsors 1st, most people here have used them and there is great feedback avalible. Also check out the specific sponsor feedback section.

I would talk with Joey at Tick Perf. as they seem to be the resident gurus here. I have their Master Cyl and Joey was great in helping me out with my issues and when my stocker goes, I wager I will be calling him.

We handle T56 rebuilds as well. Not very local to you, but shipping is not THAT bad...@ $100 each way.

OP,

D&D Performance in Michigan is relatively close. They have always treated me very well & have bent over backwards to help when I needed it. They are a sponsor. Just wanted to add them to the list, 'cuz I will never go anywhere else for my LSX T-56 needs. Good-luck w/ the re-build.

You dont want to try and rebuild it yourself? I have never done it but pondering doing my T-56 and would be interested in helping out if you want to give it a try. Very good rebuilding info on this site.
