Default What years of a LQ4 will fit a t56
Wondering what years of the lq4 truck block will not fit a t56 transmission. I want to make sure the block I buy will bolt directly to a t56.

Mainly the earlier ones..like 1999-2000.
Look at the rear of the Crank..if it's solid and sticks out about 3/8" past the Rear Main Seal then it's one that won't fit. Some had a Spacer that could be removed.

If I change the crank to a forged eagle does it even matter?
