Ls7 Flywheel question I recently ordered an Ls7 clutch kit and had a shop put it in for me. But I am just wondering why the flywheel is not smooth like the other LS styles, it has a raised section around the outer rim(where the flex plate bolts up)... I also have seen some other companies that show pics of LS7 flywheels that are not like this, as they are smooth all the way around...??? I have even called different places and no one gives the same answer and most have no idea about this!! What the hell guys? Am I going crazy?
