Sometimes its difficult to shift into any gear, under normal driving, not racing. It is also difficult to get into 1st gear sometimes from a dead stop. I can feel the clutch fully engage about 1/2 from the floor, but Im not sure it is disengaging all the way.

I was thinking synchros at first, but it happens in EVERY gear, including 6th. Ive never had to shift hard into 6th from racing or anything, so I was thinking it was clutch related/fluid related. I mean, how could all the synchros go at once

Any thoughts?

change the fluid. its prob more of a soup at the moment.

Thats what I plan to do next. Any recommended fluids? or just throw in dot 3? I tried a search but this forum's search function sux. I'll try again.

Change/flush fluid (hydraulics) with a good DOT 3/4.

Also, when was teh last time you serviced your TRANNY????

It was rebuilt last year.

However I didn't change the clutch fluid.
