A long while back i was at the track and on the 2-3 shift i slammed it hard into 5th ,as a result 6th back to 5th grinds/wont go, but will go if I double clutch or give it throttle. whats it gonna take to fix?

Possibly damaged the 5th gear synchro. Gonna have to pop it open.
But, if it only grinds when you downshift, and money is tight, you can still drive teh car, just make sure you try to avoid downshifting into 5th as much as possible.
