ls1, ls6, ls2, ls7 slave cyl differances...

Default ls1, ls6, ls2, ls7 slave cyl differances...

Ive been doing some research and im tryin to figure out what differance is in between all of them..

I noticed the ls1 camaro and ls1 GTo salve has the same part number.

What about the ls2 GTO, is it the same slave as the ls1 ?

is the c6 vette salve better/diffrent then the GTO salve?



And most important are they all the same size and all interchangeable ?

as in a ls7 slave will fit in a ls2 or ls1 GT0 or ls1 camaro ?


Is one better then the other ? I assume the LS7 is best but what about the LS2?

well so far from what ive noticed all the vette slaves are interchangalbe bettween a ls1 ls6 vette and ls7 vette.


basicly you can run a LS7 slave in a LS1 vette or a LS6 or even LS2?


Am i correct ?



The camaro slave just looks like it has diffrent fluid lines..

The C5, F-Body and GTO slaves are all the same except for the fittings. The C6 and LS7 slaves are completly different.
Give us a call and we can go over all the differences.
